Giuseppe (Joe Brown) Lucchese – aka “Joseph Luchese” – was born in 1910 in Palermo, Sicily. He immigrated as an infant to the USA in 1911, where the family settled at 237 E. 106th St., in Manhattan’s East Harlem section before moving to 100-18 Northern Blvd., in Corona, Queens. He was raised, operated, and lived in Corona even after getting married in 1932.
