Carmine (Willy Brown) Locascio, who was also known as “Willy the Wop” and “Willy Brown” was a capo in the Lucchese Family. He was a prolific narcotics dealer who, in later years, “toyed” with what he considered were baby rackets such as dice games and a little shylocking, leaving the heavy stuff like heroin dealing…his first love…to trusted minions in his crew.
