Cosmo Panarelli was a soldier in the Worcester, Massachusetts branch of the Genovese Family who handled a large bookmaking “lay-off” network and, later, a lively gambling junket business to Las Vegas and other locales. He also went into business with such mob figures as Carlo Mastrototaro and Angelo (Angelo Cheesecake) Urgitano.
