Frank “Chick 99” Callace was one of the earliest members of the old Gaetano Lucchese Family’s East Harlem faction.
A respected soldier within their ranks, he had grown up and operated around Italian Harlem and Bronx County. Callace was known as a burglar and thief, numbers racketeer, and narcotics trafficker.
