Some organized crime leaders were lucky enough or smart and savvy enough to retire and die in the comfort of their own beds. But many others were slaughtered in the streets or died behind bars while serving out lengthy prison sentences. Still others decided to renounce their former brothers in blood and became rats, putting their former friends in jail and then scurrying off into the darkness under new identities with their current health and whereabouts unknown.
But regardless of how they moved onto the next world, Button Guys thought it would be interesting to note the age each of them died and where they were when they took their last breath.
So, the question is, how old were the top bosses and other top hierarchy members of each of the five New York Families and the New Jersey Family at the time of their deaths?
