Danny Motto was a tough street kid who befriended other fellow neighborhood street toughs, many of whom would later gravitate to New York’s underworld. One of these was future boss, Tony Ducks Corallo with whom Motto engaged in various labor schemes. But hoodlum life wasn’t the only kind of life Motto led. He was an active philanthropist who not only donated money but also donated his time to various charitable organizations.
