Privacy Policy
Button Guys of The New York Mafia does not share, sell, or distribute subscriber information to any outside entity. All account data is stored on secure servers, and all payment details are processed exclusively through Stripe or PayPal using their encrypted systems.
We do not see or store your credit card number.
We also do not store your password — only an encrypted version of it. If needed, we can issue a temporary password to let you regain access to your account.
Payment Policy
Button Guys accepts all major credit cards and processes payments through Stripe and PayPal in accordance with their terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. To cancel, please visit your payment processor’s website (PayPal or Stripe).
Canceling through PayPal immediately cancels your subscription on our end as well — even if time remains on the plan. If this happens, email us at nymstaff@gmail.com and we will reinstate the remaining time.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Because BG provides immediate access to digital content, no refunds are issued for any reason.
Site Usage Policy
Your Button Guys subscription is for individual personal use only. It may not be shared, distributed, transferred, resold, or repurposed in any way.
All content on Button Guys — including articles, bios, charts, graphics, branding elements, layouts, videos, and Mob Fireside Chat content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Button Guys of The New York Mafia.
You may not:

• screenshot for redistribution
• archive
• scrape
• data-mine
• republish
• use our work in videos, books, podcasts, forums, or websites without explicit written permission from Button Guys.
Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content will result in immediate account termination without notice. No refunds will be issued.
Suspension & Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion to protect site integrity, intellectual property, and subscriber security.
Examples of non-compliant or suspicious activity include, but are not limited to:
• rapid or automated access to multiple articles
• repeated failed logins
• unusual browsing patterns
• account sharing
• use of VPN or masking tools during suspicious sessions
• data scraping or scraping-adjacent behavior
• attempts to bypass security or access blocked pages
• activity linked to flagged clusters, devices, or accounts
Suspension may be temporary or permanent. If suspended or terminated, no refunds will be issued. We are under no obligation to provide an explanation or proof, and we will not engage in debate regarding terminations.
Continued use of the site after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Security Monitoring Policy
Button Guys utilizes security tools that automatically detect suspicious or malicious behavior. This includes, but is not limited to:
• automated scraping signals
• concurrent logins
• session anomalies
• abnormal refresh patterns
• login attempts from flagged devices or networks
• dormant “sleeper account” behavior
• simultaneous or coordinated access patterns
We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to protect our platform and our subscribers. These actions may be taken without notice.

User Accounts
To create an account, you must provide a username, email address, and password. Display names are never public because BG has no public comment system.
Purchases & Payments
We receive limited transactional data from Stripe and PayPal, such as payment dates and amounts. We do not see or store full payment details. For additional anonymity, you may use prepaid or one-time-use cards.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter through Mailchimp, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email. Where legally required, we rely on consent or legitimate interest for data processing.
