Vincent Rocco Prisco was a Colombo Family associate involved in policy rackets and limited sports/bookmaking. He was well known as a policy worker, banker, and operator for over twenty years in the Brooklyn, Bronx, and Long Island areas of New York. But Prisco also had a dirty little secret that wasn’t revealed until years later.
